I had a similar thread here before, but it wasn't getting any attention, so I decided to re-post it in this thread.

The rules of this thread will be the same as the original; it should only stay up until Netplay supports hand-held consoles.

Also, this thread will be used to schedule the sessions, that way the Local Mods don't have several dozen threads that only have 2-5 posts to continuously close. At the end of this post I will post a link to the site where you can download the correct version of the emulator.

A few rules to follow:
1)In Co-op games, all players must say together(if possible)
2)In Vs. matches, I don't want people to use cheat codes(it's just not fair to others)
3)If in Co-op, DO NOT purposely kill allies(that's called being a jerk)
4)In turn based Vs. matches, give other people a 2-3 turn grace period(it will give them time to regroup from a possibly devastating lost of units)
5)In non-turn based Vs. matches, give others a 10-20 second grace period(best to be fair)

If any one breaks these or any of your own rules, that person receives a strike. If that person receives three strikes during any of your sessions, then that person cannot join in any more of your sessions until you receive a PM from that person telling you that they are sorry and that they will not do it again.(It doesn't mean you have just wipe their slate clean and watch break rules all over again, put them on probation)

You also will get a blacklist post. That's where you list all the rule-breakers from your sessions, and assign them their strikes.

Also make sure everyone knows which player they are(with the session host always being Player 1), the game that will be played(so people can download it from whatever site they get ROMs from), and the time the session will start(so everyone can be on time).
