GOLDMACNCHEEZ : Could you go into more detail. I am having the EXACT same problem. Everything is set to Number 9 and I did what you did but with no luck. It remained 9. Not to mention I didn't even see the slightest change between 9 and Up Arrow Key

The "Metal Gear 1" game and it's translated version and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake will lead me to a double "MSX" screen loop and the game won't load. Is there a solution for this?
