    My favorite is probably SSJ4. I just liked how Goku and Vegeta were working together to get it. I personally liked Vegeta the most, sorta like Zuko from Avatar. He went from a enemy to a ally.

I think every form is pretty epic the first time it is seen.

SSJ1 when Goku is fighting Frieza.
SSJ2 by Vegeta (and Trunks, Goku, and Gohan against Cell)
SSJ3 by Goku against Buu and
SSJ4 by Goku and Vegeta against the dragon ball dragon guy.

I find that SSJ1 and SSJ2 become sort of forgettable once the higher ones were achieved.

I believe I like Vegeta in his ssj 4 form and he is awesome in dragon ball gt. He finally become a ssj4 after transformation into a giant ape, and almost crush goku. So Vegeta and goku can use a fusion and have advantage against the sheron. They fusion into ssj4 gogeta and Shenron was beaten to the pole. He couldn't barley lay a finger on him.

I'm a pretty big fan of the False Super Saiyan mode Goku takes in the Lord Slug movie.
No pupils, regular hair color but standing up.
Pretty much as powerful as Super Saiyan but is extremely exhaustive.

I think all super saiyan forms are pretty amazing but I would have to agree to liking the super saiyan 3 form because of its uniqueness, despite the fact that it does require an enormous amount of energy, which is why goku eventually ditched the form altogether, anyway it is still cool. Goku and vegeta in ss4 both look pretty epic when they fuse into vegito and gogeta, the strongest character in the show!

If you were thinking of budokai 2, brolly isn't on there at all, he might be on budokai tenkaichi, but I'm not exactly sure, I haven't played the budokai tenkaichi games yet, I have budokai 2 though, and that doesn't even have any of frieza's forms other than final form.

I'm gonna have to go with SSj2, for Goku and Gohan both. Just the way they look, their hair is somewhat different than SSj form. I also like that lightning that crackles around them while they're in it.

But, SSj4 makes an extremely close second. Especially when it comes to SSj4 Gogeta, ooohhh man.
