I need a video editing program. I have no idea where to look to get one so I thought I should ask you.

The type of program I want is one that can put words on top of the video. If you know another program that can do other things feel free to post it here.

To get a faster response I'm offering 1,000 Viz to the first person who can tell me one. And if you post one that can do other things I might give you 1,000 Viz too. Oh yeah I already have free make.

And if possible can you please give me a link to the website. (that's why this is in the web splurge forum)
