So, I found the PM link, and I clicked it so I could send a PM to Davideo for having 10+ posts now, but the PM page has no fields to enter anything into of any sort.

Any clue why the page would fail to display the fields while otherwise apparently loading properly otherwise?

However, I think I may have realized another problem that is possible endemic of this one.

Even after I log in and it says I have done, so, the board still has a log in button at the top of the page, I see myself as logged out, and when I post, the UN and Password fields appear each time.

Any reason I can't technically log in? I'm using Chrome ATM, if that helps narrow down the issue.

stop using chrome!

and if you're not logged in then that is what the problem is.... try emptying your internet cache and try logging in again.... maybe your password is wrong when you log in? I dunno... I guess if you can still post then you know your password....
