Okay, seriously.  I have posted 10 times, I have waited seven days...  I've been a full-on member for about a week.  I have tried my roommate's laptop, I've tried my laptop, I've tried the Internet at my apartment and at the local coffee shop.  Netplay has only worked for me once, on Super Mario 3, with a trusted member "boomer(something)".  Every time I try to get on Netplay, the screen is just a gray square.  My brother donated $25 to the site in good faith so that he could get the Netplay app to play games online with me since we live in different states.  He and I have been becoming increasingly frustrated with this issue, and with, what seems to be, (with all due respect), a failure to either communicate, or to take serious action to resolve this issue.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Does anyone else feel like you just keep getting the run-around, or useless tips, or no real action?  Does anyone know what to do about this issue?  Please, for the love of all that's good in the world, someone help me before I lose faith in this site completely.

It sounds to me like either A. Your internet isn't fast enough. I thought you had mentioned to me that you are using a connection that is shared with a lot of people, and that the one time it did work you went to a coffee shop

It is also possible that your anti-virus or firewall is blocking it.

Also, if you are trying to play genesis games, you may be having the issue with your display settings... you could try changing them to 16 bit and see if that helps the problem.

This seems to be an issue only on your computer as I have never heard of this being reported with regards to netplay.

Is this happening with every browser you try? Have you tried disabling add blocker add ons to Firefox/Chrome?

Personally I'm sorry that you have had issues, but it seems to me that the person that actually donated isn't you, and he's not having any issues with netplay. Only you are. I know that I have personally tried to help you and I have given you more tips above. The issue seems to be something that is specific to your situation. Either your internet itself, or the firewall. Since we are not actually there to troubleshoot it for you, this is the process that we have to go through.
