You can only use a signature by coding a layout for your posts.  If you're not trusted, you have to use the simple layout editor, which has your layout divided into three pieces, and you can place your signature in the footer.

If you ARE trusted, you an use CSS and html in the advanced editor to code in your own design and signature.

If you don't want to make your own layout using either editor, or if you don't know how, you can also ask someone to make you a layout.   The layout shops are located here if you want to shop around.
