Hello WolfxWhisperer here, I'm just trying to figure out a solution to my problem. I have googled it and searched the forum, nothing is really working out. I've posted in other threads but I keep getting the same responses. Please note beforehand that I DO know how to set controls (double clicking screen or pressing esc). My trouble is that my keyboard refuses to register properly when I open the RGR plugin itself. I go to set controls and it will highlight the first box as usual, but it wont overwrite the box with the corresponding button i press. I even tried playing the game with the default controls, but to no avail. This is for both the GBA and SNES games that I've tried to play. It was working perfectly fine no less than 3 weeks ago when I was playing Yu-Gi-Oh on GBA. I'm running Windows 8 OS, using Firefox, am accessing Firefox from the desktop and not the App portion of the OS. I've also re-downloaded the plugin, uninstalled -> re-installed, reset my laptop, reset the plugin itself, and tried other browsers. After trying a multitude of things and doing a bit of research, I came to the conclusion that my keyboard is the main issue, but only when i access vizzed.com for whatever reason. I'd really love to get this fixed because I love vizzed, it's community, and all the free games it has to offer. I've used other emulators...it's a last resort next to fixing this keyboard issue..but I would really like to keep my saved data (and yes i kept it after each uninstall because it specifically asks). Thanks in advance for all the help guys! -WW

The first thing I would suggest, would be to update all the drivers associated with your hardware. If you are using Internet Explorer, I would say to make sure that Vizzed is in your list of trusted sites, but as you have been able to use your keyboard previously, I doubt that would be the issue. Still, I would try running the plugin in several different browsers just to make sure that the problem isn't browser-specific. If possible, you could try re-installing the hardware for the keyboard completely, but because you are using a laptop, I don't know if that solution would apply to you. Rarely, the issue could also be caused by settings associated with sticky keys, toggle keys, or various keyboard locks. Another common solution would be to disable your firewall or anti-virus programs before initiating the plugin, as these programs can sometimes cause various interruptions within scripts necessary for specific functions. Finally, if all else fails, you could get a plug-and-play usb controller. They are generally cheap, especially online, and all of the emulators featured on the plugin are compatible with most gaming accessories.

I hope that my suggestions are able to help, and good luck with solving the problem.
