So basically, I want to buy a game that I can not afford at the moment using real money.  The game is called Counter Strike:  Source + Garry's Mod (it is in a bundle).  This is on steam.  What you would have to do is go on steam, find the game, and click on "Purchase as gift".  If you are to do this, I would prefer you sent it to my email address, so you would have to PM me for that (I think the one I want to use is different that the one I have on here). 
What am I offering?  I am offering 50,000 Viz for a 25.00 purchase, which is a 2000:1 Viz to dollar ratio, which is double of what it usually is.
If you feel the need to negotiate, I am flexible.

There's probably not a way to transfer games you already own, is there?  I actually have BOTH of these on my Steam account, but I never really got around to figuring out everything Steam is and is not capable of.

I literally never play them.  Husband got them for me, but I suck at FPS's, and I've only played both twice before just giving up on them.  LOL

No. When you buy a game on Steam, you have the choice to buy it for yourself or to buy it as a gift. Once you choose one or the other that's it. I'm not sure if you can give a gift to yourself, but I am sure that you can't gift something that you've added to your library.
