My name is Kaleb I am 20 years old I live in Charlotte North Carolina. I've been into gaming most of my life, I'm new to this site and so far this is the best retro game site I have ever been on. I have a degree in game art and design for York Tech class of 2010, I was unemployed after college for 6 months and I didn't know where to find a job until I went to watch the wcg semi finals and ran into the CEO of Mirror Glitch and was offered a job as a beta tester. I have been beta testing for a year and a half now, I've worked on many different games such as COD Black ops 2, MW3, Mass Effect 3, NFS Most Wanted, and Doom 3. I really love the old style games they were the ones I grew up with and will always be apart of my life. If you would like to ask me any questions go for it and if you would like to netplay ill show you my skills as a gamer.

Hi kaleb! First off only elite + can make ask anythings. It's ok your still new. Maybe you should make a thread in the newbie forum if you didnt already. And you either need the netplay item or need to become a member before you can play on netplay. Just post 9 more times and wait a day.

Thanks for your help I'm still getting used to the site. The games are awesome to play and Its nice to be the first person to ever play the new games before they hit the market so it fun but its hard to have a lot of fun when you have to test the games as well as play them at the same time and right now I'm working on the new DDR.

Oh, very cool. This is probably a very broad question, but what kind of work did you do when getting your Game Art and Design degree? And do you still have any examples of your class work?

Most of the work I had to do was about 3D design work and interactions on the environment based upon movement and other variables and I do not have any of my class work because when I was at York Tech I had to back all my work on cloud and I stopped paying for it after college sorry.

That's cool, I was just curious to see it. I'm a computer science major, and I lost a lot of my programming work, so I understand not keeping it.

After college I only kept my portfolio with my design graphics and projects that I help build. And I was unemployed after college so long and I didn't want to keep paying money for something that I only needed for college and for when I was offered the job. My portfolio holds most of my work tho. I have a couple hard drives that have a lot of my work on them but that's about it.

I'm probably a little slow to say this.. but WOW.  I can't believe someone with so much experience and such first- hand game knowledge has decided to stop by vizzed!  That's amazing, and I bet you will be a great part of our community.
