I actually played the original for the NES. I thought it was one of the hardest games I had ever played until I found some information about dungeon locations and where to find all of the hearts and how to actually get to them. Then it got quite a bit easier. All I needed to do was cheat. It took me years before I got good at it enough to finally beat it though. It is still one of my favorite Zelda games. I do enjoy the newer ones though especially the ones for the DS. Those are pretty fun and addictive games.
