You can review a game anytime.... it just has to be separated into categories and has to be 100+ words. If those rules are followed, then you can. Hope this helps.

You can write all the reviews you want without being a part of the staff.    Just go to the game's page, and hit "submit a review".  (It might not be worded exactly like that, but it's obvious.)

The only purpose of the Game Reviewer position is to increase the reviews we have by designating staff members to having the job of making reviews (I think they have to make something like a minimum of 2 a month to make their quotas). Also Staff Reviews I believe are the ones that show first on the game page above anyone else's. But any user may submit a review and it goes down in the bottom reviews list in summary fashion.
