I can't seem to find the rules about making videos of me playing games on vizzed.com.
I'm wanting to start a new segment on my youtube channel where I either do playthroughs
of older games or review them. Is there any rules to how I can and can't use
vizzed.com's games and emulators in my videos?

I didn't completely understand your question.
There is an option to record your videos using the RGR plugin. Then you are allowed to upload the videos to YouTube.
There also is a thread in the vizzed market where you da earn Viz for making the videos. 
And there isnt a rule against making reviews. As long as they are at least 100 words and follow the general vizzed rules ( no spam, flaming swearing ) you should be fine.

There isn't any big rules about posting Youtube Videos of Vizzed Gameplay, its highly recommended that there's somewhat proof that you're using the RGR Plugin. Maybe capture the Vizzed Banner or something. Also, linking Vizzed in your description is pretty good as well.

For reviewing games, if you are thinking of an official review for the site, make sure its at least 100 words.

Besides those little bugs, go crazy on the recording.
