First off it was the year 2009, I was stuck in the bed. I couldn't move, because I was temporarily paralyzed. Couldn't take care of myself much less a cat. The cancer is a glioma brain stem tumor. The doctors at that time stated that I only had a week to one month to live. I was laying in the bed when it all happened.

My mom was spending time outside a lot and she kept coming inside and telling me about a cat, I can't remember what all she said. I do remember what she looked like then, because mom didn't realize until she hopped in the bed with me, but the little cat was following her. I remember my mom stating that she didn't want much to do with her unless she had food. I did not have any food, I didn't even think I had any dignity either, after what I had been through within the last couple of days. When that cat came up in my bed and stuck her face in mine, then laid down right next to me, I did not know what to think. I remembered how skinny she looked. She was a stray. I couldn't help but love her the first time I saw her. She inspired me to get up. If it was not for her I would have stayed in that bed and died. God sent that cat to my home.

How she got her name, she used to get up on top of the trailer where we used to live, and meow at us and it took us 3 months to realize where she was. Magic seemed like she was disappearing, but we could still hear her.
She was only one year old when we found her, a kitten. She is four years old now. January 14, 2013
The picture I attached was taken in 2009. I now have a full head of hair, and the cat is a little larger, but still a small cat.
