As discussed in a different thread:
Mustache Boy no longer works for me, but it did before. Instead of loading to the playing screen, it loads to the Arcade Cabinet.  I have tried deleting ROM and Download files, re-installing the plugin, and re-starting my computer.

None of these solutions have worked.

Some people I think might be able to help me troubleshoot through this:

Something else you could try: in the plugin data folder go to User-255385, find the folder MAME, then the CFG file default and delete it - or could just delete the entire MAME folder.
