YoshiSmb : In order to HOST a netplay session you need the Vizzed item that costs 25,000 Viz found in the item shop under Accessories https://www.vizzed.com/boards/store.php

You also need to be a "Trusted" member if I remember correctly.

In the meantime you can join sessions already created by other users if they have kept the game open to the "Public" you can find other users to play with here: https://www.vizzed.com/playonlinegames/netplaysessions.php
