Since it's clear no one reads the stickies (or the rules for that matter), allow me to educate you all on post count threads.

300 is not a milestone. Neither is 500.

Milestones are carefully outlined in the POST COUNT BRAG THREAD. It is a sticky.

The general idea is that you have milestones of 1000, 5000, 10000, 20000, etc.

If it isn't one of those it is spam and you are wasting our time. Put it in the post count brag thread. That's why it exists.

I have to admit that it has been annoying seeing a LOT of the threads that have been floating around lately (Not just the post count threads) But those are adding to the problem like anything else.

Honestly I don't think I have ever posted one milestone/anniversary/etc thread since I have been a member of this site. Hell, I just passed 4k recently and didn't make a thread. Maybe I should I just figure people don't care. They don't say anything other than "Congrats on (insert number here) which I don't really care about lol. Maybe I'm weird or something.

Yeah, I agree with everybody else. I also think David should make a new job: spam hunters. And I have made a few threads, to be honest, and they may not have followed the sticky, (was not aware at the time), and learned my lesson. But, a new feature should to have to take a test to post in a forum, just like you have to take the newbie quiz.
