I'll admit, I thought this game would be worse than it actually was.
Did I mention I'm wrong all the time? This game was absolutely incredible. The storyline was nothing
short of a masterpiece, the characters were immensely detailed, and
the game itself had incredible depth. The Espers were fun and some
were challenging to collect. The sheer number of characters that are
available was amazing, each holding their own amount of strength and
diversity, and each are even further customizable through the Espers
and all of the rare weapons. There is also a countless number of
bosses, side quests, and extra dungeons that make this game take hours
to complete. Kefka's music in the final battle is epic, as is the
soundtrack altogether. I especially like the “Fierce Battle”
soundtrack played during way less boss fights than it should be. In
my opinion, the critics were right when they praised it for what they
did. You can't go wrong with this purchase of an incredible RPG.
