The Jungle Book genesis game is based on the Disney Movie, so the features and enemies based in this game will be the same as in the movie. All through the game, Mowgli the man cub, must try to find his way past different enemies, obstacles, bosses and conditions in order to reach the man village. Each level in this game involves meeting a certain requirement/objective in order to progress. There are gems to collect, but a number of them, depending on difficulty level, must be found. Mowgli will have his friends with him for company, and usually they must be reached to complete a level, that is, if you meet the required number of gems. Whilst the enemies/bosses of this game are plentiful, Mowgli will have different numbers of weapons to his advantage, some more powerful than others. These, and other collectibles, can be found somewhere in a level during game play. A bonus level can also be accessed in this game, but is only possible if Mowgli were to collect all the gems in a level. That level can be used to increase the overall score or increase the number of weapons/lives that Mowgli will have. The levels can be pretty long, as all gems are scattered about in different areas of a level, so Mowgli will have to travel long distances or heights to pick them up. Overall, this game has a lot of features attached to it, and the different weapons that Mowgli can use makes the game addictive.
