So I kinda stumbled onto this site, cause I wanted to play pokemon and other gameboy games on my computer!
Unfortunately, I have a mac..... Will that ruin everything???!!!

Hello and welcome to the site! I don't THINK using a Mac is problematic since this runs within a browser... but I do believe the actual RGR emulators are Windows versions and the RGR Plugin is a Windows installer... I think if you want to play on a Mac, you'd need to use the Virtual Java emulators if available (not all systems have them).

There may be workarounds to play on Mac... but I think all of them would involve either dual-booting to Windows or having a virtual Windows desktop.

Pretty much what Crazy Li said. The RGR's own plugin only runs on Windows. However you should be able to use the Java-based emulators without any problems; just make sure that Java is up to date.
