It's super easy to get a certain version of Visual boy Advance and link to others or even yourself.  It requires a download, but it's quick.  There's also a way to link GBA saves to certain DS emulators.

The creator is Samuel Otero, referred to as Sam. PTD is a level game while PTD 2 has story mode, 1 vs 1 where you turn into a friend from Kanto and buy pokemon and items and battle people, gym leaders and ASH! The best place to play them are
