I was camming with my friend when I wanted to play Pokemon while camming with her.  Thing is, the game's volume is OBNOXIOUSLY loud, and I had to turn it off.  I couldn't hear a word she was saying over the game's volume.  Is there any way to lower or turn off the game's volume at all?  Not just in Pokemon, but in general?

Use your mixer. If you click on the volume control icon in your tray and click "Mixer" (or if it doesn't give you that option, right click it and click "Open Volume Mixer" or similar depending on your OS). There, find the window that the RGR plugin is in and lower the volume on that.

This way you can give that volume lower than the rest of the programs on your computer.
