Okay so some of you know that in between Fuschia city and some other city a wild Snorlax will be sleeping I battled it but wasted all my pokeballs the first time. I reloaded and bought an ultra ball and I got snorlax down to the red health bar. I used the Ultra Ball but it failed and then I realised maybe I am not meant to catch, maybe I just have to make it faint. I don't Know what to do because Snorlax are Super rare. If you anyone could help I would be extremely  grateful.

Did you only use one ultraball. You should at least try 5.
Maybe if there are any other types of pokeballs you can get like a timer ball it will give you a greater chance.
Also try to inflict a status effect like paralysis or poison.

It was poisoned and Leech seeded and the health was low as it could go so I only used one ultra ball it broke out and then leech seed made it faint but it's okay because I saved before battling him and last night I caught him.

Just keep throwing pokeballs at it until you catch it. The capture rate of a Snorlax is 25 (3.3% chance to catch it with a regular pokeball at full HP)

P.S. Don't use Leech Seed when you are trying to catch a Pokémon....
