Help with RGR Plugin Controls

This morning, my RGR controls decided to stop responding when I tried to play a game. The game would not recognize my keyboard at all. I already tried the following things: (1) Used Firefox; (2) re-installed the RGR plugin; (3) put vizzed as a trusted site in my Internet Options; (4) Restarted my computer several times; (4) Tried changing the controls using the Esc button. All of my controls for every game have changed and nothing I do changes them back. Any suggestions?

I sent one of the staff members a message, and he told me to use the emulator in the top left corner of the game. Unfortunately, the save data will not transfer, but you will definitely be able to play. Maybe it will be a good chance to start over on some games during the Holiday season
