Ok, so I've been toying with an idea, and I've finally settled on it: Being the Harvest Moon fan that I am, I'm going to buy a ds so I can keep following the series. Now having said that brings me to ask a question...can you play ds games on a 3ds?

Yeah you can play ds games on the 3ds. They won't be in 3d though. (Wish thy were) the 3ds is a waste in my opinion. Only a few games are even worth buying. My one piece of advice is to know about the game before you buy.

Wow. Thanks for the incredibly quick answer. Yeah, the 3d part isn't too important to me, I just figured the next installments in the series will be on the 3ds, and I'd rather not have to buy two seperate systems if I can get them all on one.
