Me again. Firstly I would like to thank Crazy Li again for helping me last night w/ my Gamecube Emulator. Meant alot that someone was able to coach me through that process.

Moving on to today, we have a new issue: the ISOs. It doesn't matter what website I try & download them from since I've been to 7 different ones (atleast); every time I download an ISOs it does so extremely slowly (says anywhere from 8 hours to 22 days to download) which wouldn't be a problem if it actually ever completed. Every time around the 10% mark, no matter what game it is I try & download, it always stops & says something like "the source file couldn't be found". I don't understand this & would really appreciate some advice/help on the matter.

A downloading issue, huh? Either you're finding really bad sites or your internet connection isn't really good. Most sites that offer large downloads don't support resuming for people who don't pay for memberships which means if your internet cuts out part-way through, you lose your download.

If you can find a site that offers the files via torrent, you'd probably have better chances. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend anything as I don't do Gamecube emulation.

Crazy Li : Ah, I get it. Thanks again.

EDIT: Finally downloaded the game. Now when I activate Dolphin it can't find the game for some reason. Why is this happening?

That will be harder for me to answer. Like I said before, I don't do Gamecube emulation, meaning I don't know anything about how its emulators work.

Let's get the obvious thing out of the way first... did you make sure to navigate to the folder that actually contains your game's ISO?

What format is the file you downloaded in? If it's compressed within an archive, you'll need to extract the file(s) first before your emulator can read it. Most disc-based emulators can read .iso, .bin, and .cue files. Do you know the extension of the file you downloaded?

Crazy Li : Yes, I made sure to check the folder that contained the file multiple times. The file itself is an .iso, so I know it's compatible w/ Dolphin. Oh well. I figure it out eventually. Thanks again for your help. Not to sound like a buttkisser, but it's been awesome to have someone guide me through this.
