I've always thought about so many suggestions, some of which are stupid and some are boring.
This one will make users like me happy.
Being able to change the sites colours.
If you are reading this in december, this is the christmas theme.
Say, I want the green bars blue.
Say I want the red bits green.
Lets say this feature was here, I went to "Edit profile & settings" and set it up.
Now I have what I want :3

Unfortunately, changing the entire site's layout is probably a lot more complicated than just changing your post layout (and even that is semi-complex). I'm not sure how likely David is to let people access a site layout editor to create their own custom schemes for the board. It would be nice to have that ability but I've honestly never seen a message board that allowed this before anywhere. If anything, only special uses (admin-level typically) could access the board's layout editor and if those people decided to make new themes to be made available to the general public, they could. A LOT of work goes into making a forum-wide layout because you hafta account for the banner, the separator for every little section and the background color/image for each little area of the page (post page backgrounds too), the areas that show the sub-forums, the areas that show the posts that have been made, etc etc... lots of different areas that each have their own coding. It wouldn't be an easy task to go in and edit everything properly without breaking stuff or just plain making it look bad. I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to make a custom layout for a message board.

It'd be nice if it was as easy as "I want those bars here to be blue" but that phrase means nothing to a computer. You actually have to find the area in a mass of code that references the exact bars you want to change, figure out what it's called and where it's defined... then you have to change the code properly so it gives you the color you want.

Not saying it's a bad idea... just hard to give the option to the general user.

there is a reason david dosent have more site layout options, hes been asked before.
Point one was he had no time.
Point 2 was if he updates the sites he then has to fix the layouts, the more there are the more work
