This actually stemmed from the VizzedBoard Slow? post, but I didn't want to double post and thought that it might actually be helpful to some people. With this said I will tell you how to trace your route connecting to the forum or anywhere you want to see as to why the connection is slow. First and foremost DOS will always be your best friend so open that up, it is called Command Line in XP. In vista though it is more tricky to open, but it can be done. For vista just go to any file and shold shift and right click on it. Then press open command window here.
Type
cd C:

this will change the directory to the C: drive, now to trace your route type
tracert www.(website name).com

It will give you a list of the servers you are routing through and the time it takes to send the packets through each individual server. With this you can see where exactly it takes longest to get through and if it is constantly timing out that is the main root of the issue.
Now with this information you can fix it by calling up your ISP and telling them the information so they can fix the routes.

Note: if you are outside the U.S where the server is located pings will be high as they have to travel through international servers, but if you are inside the U.S and have problems with slow load time this might be something to look into. Hope it helps a bit.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
