GBA Games Crashing in RGR Possibly Fixed

Thanks to Crazy Li for pointing it out, the game Tactics Ogre - The Knight of Lodis in the RGR doesn't crash while using the Mednafen emulator as it does with the standard emulator from the play game link. The link to use that emulator is in the top left of the game window.

This might even fix the crashing in Zelda Minish Cap, or other GBA games that crash the Plugin, eliminating the need for the save state swaps from my thread for that game. I haven't been able to test that out though since I'm not sure if VBA save states can be loaded in Mednafen.
