The title says all. Just choose the Contra game you prefer and then tell what game you choose and please tell why with a good reason.

Well I always preferred Contra III. It controlled a lot more beautifully than the first two, and I feel the stages had a better layout. Obviously the multiplayer is just as great, with the change from the pseudo 3D stages, to the top down stages, it also meant a breath of fresh air. Also, some of my favourite bosses from any game ever are in that game. The game meant a lot to me when it was new, but I wont allow that to bias my opinion
