I just got to Serenity City, and the gym leader is not there. I tried going to Mt. Iceberg but there is a girl there blocking the  entrance. I try going to the next city, Darkbreath, past the day care and there is a cliff that I cant pass. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do at this point, or if I am terribly glitched?

Yea I tried posting on here that I got it finally, but it apparently didn't post. He doesn't always appear for some reason. I had to do some running around and just kept checking back in the plant until he finally appeared.
