I always name Mewtwo "CatKill" because Mewtwo's a more violent version of Mew (who I always feel is like a cat).  His PMD friend area is also mountainous, and there's the Catskill Mountains that I developed the name from.

It's pretty easy to get creative with MewTwo but make sure it will fit the allowed Characters before you try it or else you'll end up mad. Then you'll have to figure out another one and waste time with that instead of just enjoying the game.
