Hi all I'm new here, was looking for a site to play classic NES and GB games at least to download, then I found this site which you can play them online. Bad ass! Seems like a pretty nice community thus far and its a pretty nifty site cept every time I look away from the computer i start seeing spots because of the blue background xD. Nice to meet you all!

Yeah I'm about the same as you. I enjoy mega man especially X and Metroid / Zelda were also good childhood friends of mine. I saw a link on the roms site that led to this so I'm pretty content =)

Glad to see a good noob(no offense to you). We've kinda grown acustomed to bad noobs, spammers and such. This is the first time in a while I haven't found myself using my same ol' intro to noobs lol.
Well, if you want a PSX emulator, I'd recommend epsxe. It's hard as heck to set up though. That's why there's a written tutorial(by DarkHyren) and a video tutorial(by yours truly).
I'm also a big fan of MegamanX and Zelda. I like the non-prime Metroids too. I hate X5 though...Sigma/Zero Virus gave me nightmares...*shudders*
Also, you can change the way Vizzed looks by: "Edit Profile-->Scroll all the way down-->Color Scheme/Layout". I recommend FF9. I hope to see you stick around

Yeah I know what you mean about X5 first time through I got the good ending so I wasn't defiled horribly but then I played it again to get the bad ending I haven't been able to play it without getting angry ever since.
I have also played FF9 it was the game I was playing before I left for college...and now It's about 3k miles away haha so I'm a have to wait a while to finish it.

It's kinda hard not to be an FF fan unless one is anti-rpg haha. Honestly FF were like the first hardcore rpg's its what made all other rpg's what they are today. Except now rpg's are going through a semi sad phase :< well not all new ones are bad like Star Ocean 3 and 4 those are pretty dam nice, but only story wise ._. now a days rpg's are all about the X button and bashing it as fast as possible.
Sorry for the small rant xD but honestly if someone came up with the idea to idk mix fighting combinations for special skills with the rpg quest and battle system, they would seriously be like the lead for next gen gaming.

i agree star ocean is awsome, i think the enix side of squeenix (my word for square-enix) needs to take a firmer grasp on the reins.

i think we should wait things out, as soon as the companys stop being obsessed with making things pretty rather then working on the game itself, we should see an improvment.

haha squeenix that's the first time i ever heard someone call it that, catchy! No joke though I think they got things pretty enough I mean the Wii could use some help in the pretty, but that is honestly their own dam fault >.>, other than that things are pretty enough, hell I cant even see the polygons in most 360 games I mean I'm pretty sure they want to keep going until they get cinegraphic quality normal graphics...but there's not much a point in doing that unless the games get better.
