Save in-game by bringing your character to the next floor, and then double click the GBC screen with your mouse. Move your cursor over to 'save', click 'YES' on the pop-up and it'll save for you.
Good to see another Azure Dreams fan!

From the thread gtwalq mentions: Saving with GB and GBC Games To Save your progress, you must first save your progress within the game first (note that you can only save on games that originally support saving). Once you've saved from inside the game, double click the screen and click to Save. To Load your progress, double click the screen and click to Load. You'll see it didn't actually load you off from where you left off but your file was saved, you now just need to load your save file from within the game. Thanks to Davideo7 for writing such useful information 
Since Newbie forum is for introductions, why dont you tell us something about yourself, likes/dilikes, favorite games/shows, etc. Be sure to check the FAQ & Help Center (especially the Do's and Dont's section) when you get the chance, and if you have any problems with anything be sure to ask and we'll try and help you out with them.
