It is not possible to evolve them on vizzed, because of the impossibility to trade, as far as I know.

It is utterly impossible to evolve Onix, Scyther, and Machoke because there is no trade link to be established. Henceforth you cant trade without a trade link so you can not get the evolutions of those three Pokémon.
