Kidding. I give it a 10/10. The size is decent. Not too small, but not so big where it takes up a huge space. It's button-ized with a shadow to make it pop out a little. That's a small effect which can change any picture for the better. The colors of the background compliment Naruto very well and it has a nice action-like theme to it. Then, there's the effect of one object sticking out past the visible borders of the sig. In this case, Naruto's head. I've always thought that was neat thing, but never figured out how to do it. There's some trick with transparency that I don't know about. The colors of Naruto himself are dark within the dark colors and glowing with the lighter ones. Finally, the font and colors used for your name is the same that is used for the anime, which is an added bonus. Good choice on that.

Whether you (or who ever made the sig that way) chose to make those effects or if they just came that way I like it.
