Probably Luffy from OnePiece. I would love to be able to have the power to stretch my entire body. I could be lazy and not even have to get up to close my door, or grab something from the fridge.

I would have to go with Wrath from Full metal alchemist: brotherhood. Yea not only are you a pseudo-immortal, but lets face it he's a boss. He jumps on falling debris to escape terrorist attacks, pretty much reclaims his country by showing back up and kills everyone in a tank in seconds. Lastly and most important he has the eye patch of awesomeness.
