Anywho, I wanted to know how to become a better player... or maybe so game hints on where to camp . Or maybe some cool tricks and hacks for playing custom games....

Here are the most important things for FPS players to know....


Play alot of one player...and try to finesse head shots....work on strafing and jumping while firing your weapon.....and switching weapons is alot faster than reloading (especially in CQC (close quarter combat)....and melee strikes are your best friend...fire in short bursts (helps accuracy) and finally, study the weapons recoil.....if it kicks up on a three round burst aim for the body and let the gun get you the headshot.

Failing everything DJValo said, than you probably need to camp and use hacks.

Heres my advice - DON'T. Any kind of FPS'er that wants to be respected will NOT hack and will NOT camp (assuming the game type being played doesnt encourage it) as some do (IE: CTF or KotH)

Generally, melee will get you most of your kills - unloading your Assualt rifle in the enemy is fun but its almost always gonna come down to that smack so practice timing. With weapons like the battle rifle and carpine (Mid-Long Range) aim for the head, do this buy Aiming at the body and allowing the recoil to move you up (until you get better at controlling the recoil)

Thirdly, rebounds. Grenades can bounce, so learn to predict movement and aim grenades at where the enemy will be not where they are. This goes for things like the Rocket Launcher and Brute Shot, for safety the easiest shot is aiming at the feet. It'll still do lots of Damage (Kill with one shot with the Rocket Launcher) but WAY more likely to hit.

Fourthly, Plasma Weapons serve a divine purpose, which coupled with the right weapons or strategy makes them unstoppable. Im of course talking about the games Pistols. Plasma Pistol + Magnum is more deadly than you can imagine. You should be able to work that out.
