You would need the Netplay Item (25,000 viz) or the Laptop item (50,000 viz) in the Item Shop. The only other way to play them is if they are a game of the week/day... Any other questions?

Seems that the question's been answered. Yeah, you need to buy it off of Item Shop for 25k Viz. You should be able to play it when you get enough Viz. If you have other questions, feel free to PM the mods or me.
