You and Matthew probably lost some by asking each other to rate each other in return for a rating.

Many users here don't like that because it's not what the TP system was intended for.

The Planned Accident : I know, I shouldn't have done that, but it was in the 'heat of the moment', and I was really upset by it. Plus, I didn't think it was fair that someone would just do that, without a reason to do so, just out of spite. I also think that this website should do the 'golden' rule of "If you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all". That way people can't get their trusted points, that they earn, taken away by some stranger that thinks they are more significant than they.

I'm beginning to think we should have a rule against threads that ask about TP problems, because we seem to get one of these every single freaking week.

If your TP go up, people like you, if they go down, someone doesn't like you.

You can give or take for whatever damn reason you want. If I want to, I can take a TP from you for complaining about something unimportant Or I can take 5 away. I'm not going to, I'm just saying that's how the system works.

But yeah, asking for TP is probably one of the best ways to get down rated by people. The order would probably begging for TP, flaming, spamming, any other stupid reason . Funny how begging for TP or making TP deals gets you rated down worse than flaming at times. I have seen someone go from 9 points to -5 just because they were asking around trying to get that one last point to be a Trusted Member.
