ok this is to any one who knows pokemon. i need help so bad in the game of pokemon cyrstle i need to get to the eliet four but i cant get waterfall. i have used online game sites to cheat but it doesnt help me any i go in the ice cave and i just cant find it pleas help me

Well...if I remember right I'm pretty sure you get the HM-07 Waterfall on the ice path, so you might wanna back track a bit to get it. The ice path btw is before the 8th johto gym leader so if your already in kanto you will have to backtrack a bit. just check any gaming walk through like at www.gamefaqs.com for directions.
Then after you get it all you need is a water pokemon to teach it to. Hope that helps a bit its been a long long time x.x

According to the guide I found you should get the HM soon after defeating Pryce.

"The first part of the Ice Path is rather straight forward. After the
first ice sheet you go through, head up the ramp and follow the path. At the
end of it, go down and to the newest ice sheet. Now, since I can't raelly draw
this to scale, I'm going to have to use words. So here it is:

1. Go up once
2. Left once
3. Up once
4. Left once
5. Down once
6. Left once
7. Up once
8. Left once
9. Down once
10.Right once
11.Down once
12.Right once

Okay, now you're going to tackle the small puzzle on the right waiting fo
r you, get to the end and receive the HM07. Now follow the path until you find
the ladder. Go down. All right, the object of the game here is to get each of
the boulders into their respective holes. It's not really a complicated
process, it just takes some thought. Again, it would be too complicated to
explain in words, so I'm just going to have leave you to solve the puzzle.
Once it's done, fall through the holes and start moving around hitting the
boulders until you can get to the central platform. Now, navigate the rest of
the Ice Path and you're done."
