If you said that you downloaded the plugin, but did not install it, then you still need to do the following steps: 
 
1. Open your start menu 
 
2. At the bottom there is a search bar, type in VizzedRgrPlugin-v1.91 
 
3 Click on the file, and when a window pops up click run 
 
4 Wait until the program is installed 
 
5 Congratulations you have successfully installed the plugin. You can now play any game with the plugin. 
 
 If it still won't work properly, click reply to post in the top right corner of my post to summon me here to help you with any further problems.

You could have many things going wrong or many things even out of date, etc. So, here they are:
1.) The plugin could be out-of-date.
2.) The game you are trying may have a bug.
3.) You may have to download something more than what you already have.

Just in case you're still having an issue, I'll point out something I learned the hard way. After the plugin installation is complete, you need to completely close your browser and reopen it.
