I do not really have a "gamer" food for when I play... I generally prefer real food to eat when I am playing. Never was a big fan of snacks and I cannot have most sodas due to the caffeine. I suppose whatever is microwavable and fast would be my "gamer" food, which would include leftovers, frozen pizza, and waffles... As for drink, I really only drink juice and water (LOTS of water), but occasionally I have Chocolate Milk in the house which makes as a good snack by itself.

When I have time to cook I make a meal before I get a major game on. (Nothing Fancy. Steak and Veggies. Chicken or Hamburger. No Bread. I don't buy many Items that spoil.)
When I don't have time I call for "Pizza" or do a "Fast Food Run."
Allot of people expect guys like me to gain weight easily with my diet, but I don't due to working out allot. My job includes allot of labor with it.
When I'm short on cash I hit the Dollar Tree and get something's with allot of protein, veggies, and a bag of chips. My Favourite food for games is 99-cent burgers or tacos from "fast food" places. Water, Soda, and even Unhealthy Drinks are sometimes on my menu if I know there's going to be a "long haul". My metabolic rate is off the charts so I can eat like "Mr.Phelps" (Olympic Medal winner.) and still be proud to grace a mirror. Maintaining some form of weight class is needed for me to even exist. I don't weigh in once or twice and check how much I consume Id become weaker and couldn't do the job that allows me to buy and enjoy video games. Among other things like pay rent and such.
Any way I like some of the entries made by the other people here. The Beef Jerky one was especially funny.
