Hi there;

Apologies if this has already been resolved. 

I have played Harvest Moon, friends of mineral town along with Pokemon Platinum to little avail. I am unable to read all of the text/info on the screen of the game as it gets cut off by the screen of the emulator. This renders the games rather difficult to play to say the least.

Is there any remedies to this, such as a patch etc?

It sounds like the screen's zoom is off; try while the game is open clicking on the web page then while holding the Ctrl key press 0 (zero), then click back on the game.
