i wanted to file a complaint about the kirby 64 the crystal shards game i am having trouble getting past the tutorial screen every time i go to click skip tutorial it wont let me move over to it im stuck watching the tutorial and i need some help getting past it.

I think this is due to a current bug with game controls which is being investigated.

If you're using the Mupen64 emulator you should be able to choose the option to skip it with the A key. I'm not sure about the 1964 emulator though since even I'm not able to get the controls to work using that emulator because of the controls problem.
