I experienced a Deja Vu earlier when I was eating . I dropped my spoon and my wireless mouse , I am 100 % sure that I already experience this exact event on the past / on my dream . I don't know when , but I am sure that this exact event already happened to me .

I’ll put a remote (Or several) in most cases next to me or nearby and I’ll do what I have to do then forget where I put the remote and ask myself where I put it. I have just accepted it as something that happens due to just not thinking and or being often over tired but it happens at least once a week to me on a normal week.

It is normal it happens to everyone I guess it’s just part of life and that sometimes we all have our little things that can annoy us and or, annoy others. I wouldn’t think too much of it though. It could be worse.

I've experienced déjà vu several times throughout my life and it's a odd and somewhat good feeling. There's not a for sure reason why deja vu happens or what causes it, it's just theories right now. It happens to roughly 70% of people at least once in their lifetime so it's a fairly common thing and you shouldn't worry about it. Now a scary thing to experience would be sleep paralysis.
