Alright, so in Basic Combat Training, the Drill Sergeant's were always getting onto people for their uniforms not being squared away, or their boot laces tucked in, or something like that. Their response would always be, "You look like a soup sandwich, Private, and those looked jacked up. Unscrew yourself..." So here is how this works.

One person will say why somebody is messed up (start with Private)... It can be vizzed related, life related, whatever... just as long as it is not disrespectful in any way... then they will say "SO EAT SOUP SANDWICH!!!" the next person will say why they shouldn't have to eat the soup sandwich, and the process will start all over again... Let's try this.
