I normally get about 7-8 hours of sleep. I go to bed at 10-11 and wake up at 6 for my school. On the weekend I go to bed at the same time but I wake up a little later.

Well on school nights I usually like to go to bed at 10-10:30 or so because I wake up at 5:40 for school each morning, so I try to at least get 7 hours of sleep each night so I am not extremely tired in the morning. I like to be well rested so I can focus in class. O n weekends though, I like to try to get at least 9 or more hours of sleep. I get so tired at the end of a school day after a long week. I like to be up on the weekends by 10 so I can play video games or do whatever. So I like to get an optimum amount of sleep each day so I am not extremely tired the next day.
