This thread is funny! Hmm, let's see... I think the ugliest Pokémon would have to be:
-Keldeo
-Vullaby
-Croagunk
Well, I'm sure there's more, but those are the only ones I can think of, since I have recently seen them. I don't like the Pokémon who look like a last-minute design. They just seem like a huge mess, especially the ones with uncomplimentary colors.
