Layout Created By If there was an inbetween category id vote for that. Indi games are great because theyre a decent quality game and theyre free. With the exception of a few game design studios, mainstream games are usually of a higher standard of quality which includes voice acting and usually a longer game, unfortunately they arnt free but a lot of games are worth the money.  |

It's a tie, some genres work better as indie games. (music games mostly)

Yes, a ton of indie games are music-oriented. I love music games  they're random and fun.
I like indie games more, personally. Mostly because they really aren't fueled by dollar signs and stuff.

By the way, I love Osu!, but I can only play it at school. I can beat Insane on Ouendan for DS no problem, but the mouse makes things a bit harder on the PC. I think that the best choise would be something between those two categories.

All and all I like the indie games but they really can't compare to mainstream. The indie games only have so much to offer, they get boring after awhile, and just don't have the capabilities that mainstream games do. The mainstream games are funded and have the money to put the best quality into their games. I love the indie games but mainstream gets my vote on this one.
